Great as usual! Love Dr. French! Excellent care by everyone! My kitties are always so stressed by the whole adventure so an accident occurs in the carrier. Y’all always clean out the carrier, put a clean towel in it and bag up the dirty towel. Thank you for the great care!!

I went in with my brand new kitten and saw Dr. Kent (can’t remember his last name). Absolutely everyone was genuinely nice to me and my two little boys. They even let my son who is three look in the microscope to see the ear mites (an experience he seriously thought was the coolest in the world). They even helped me carry my cat out to the car (enormously helpful since I was juggling a stroller and a toddler). The vet assistant and the vet seemed really knowledgeable and provided me with helpful information. I also thought it was nice that the waiting room was very big and open (nice so you’re not too close to other animals especially when you have kids with you).

We recently took our dog and two cats to see Dr. Olson for their annual checkups. As always, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We didn’t wait long and Dr. Olson took his time with us. Even though we moved to Arlington a few years ago, we still come to Crossroads. We’ve interacted with Dr. Vine as well and she is wonderful. One of the things we appreciate most about Crossroads is its fair rates. The front desk will also price out services for you so there aren’t any surprises at checkout.

We absolutely LOVE Crossroads Animal Care Center. We live in Loudoun County and never mind making the drive down to Woodbridge, knowing that we will get the best service and care for our dog! The staff is so kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. This place is a gem!!!!

Crossroads has been amazing and Dr. Neff is an amazing Veterinary doctor, his charisma and gentleness towards animals and people is amazing. He also is very knowledgeable, I will certainly will continue to visit Crossroads for any pet I have and would recommend it to anyone. Additionally the prices are very reasonable. As always, my dog’s visit great. We have been taking our dogs here for approximately 13 years. Dr. French and her assistant were very open and friendly. They both took the time to make friends with our dog before the exam.
